Ability to set a window in the future to “hide” tasks that are scheduled too far out

I don’t care/need to clutter my tasks lists with recurring tasks and things that need to be done 2+ weeks in the future.

Some people might want this window further out, so having it customizable would be nice. Essentially they’re hidden in a collapsing section that hides them from view if they’re not within the time frame.
