Add Hover Tooltip to Display Full Task/Event Titles

Some tasks have very long titles but very short durations, so in the calendar you only see a small part of the title and have to click on it to view the rest. Instead, I’d like a small tooltip to appear—without clicking—whenever I hover over a task or event, showing the full title.
