AI Planner Proactive Support: Conflicts Resolution

The AI Planner can identify when there's a conflict with tasks blocked in the calendar and help with the resolution of the conflict. The most common conflicts would probably be when there's a new meeting coming in, or there's a more urgent task directly dropped in the calendar.
