Alarm for tasks and events

Option to set an alarm that sounds and needs to be manually turned off for tasks/events (like an alarm clock that needs to be turned off) on both mobile and windows. Currently, if you set the "reminder", you will only get a notification, but you might miss it.. or read it too late… Instead, it would be great to be able to set an alarm for extremely important tasks/events, such as a call you have to make at a certain time
