Allow changing all-day section height

I'm usually using a week calendar view and use all-day tasks extensively. Most of the time there is not enough space for my all-day tasks, so some of them are hidden and only shown on click in a not very usable pop-up control.

I think experience will improve for me, If I could change the height of the all-day section with a draggable resizer.
