Better calendar sync failure handling

If calendar sync fails, an icon suggesting me to reconnect the calendar in the account settings is shown.

I'd prefer instead you initiate the process of the problematic calendar reconnection, after a sync for it failed a few times, and it's obvious that reconnection is needed. This way, I won't need to go to settings to search for the calendar reconnection feature.

Current: a tooltip telling me what to do;

Desired: a button allowing me to do that with no focus switch.
