Booking Request Approval Workflow
Ability to approve or reject booking requests to filter meeting requests before they are booked into attendee calander. Provides the ability filter spam or non-business related meeting requests that come in from embedded booking sources. Reinforced with customizable & required booking fields i.e., company name, intent of meeting etc.

Danny Hatcher (Customer Support) it is to approve or reject booking requests. If I have a booking embedded in my website, the ability to confirm meetings from unknowns is important as you can receive a lot of spam, and avoids putting confirmed emails into diaries for meetings you might not want to take. Then having the ability to have custom fields like forcing leads to provide their company infor and purpose for meeting qualifies them as a business lead and the intent of the meeting lead for example

I might be misunderstanding, but I thought that would make spam requests more likely.
