[Bug] Inconsistent restored task state

  1. Enable "Show scheduled tasks option" in the sidebar;

  2. Schedule a task;

  3. Mark task as completed;

  4. Hover over task checkbox;

  5. Press "Restore";

Actual result

The task appears in the sidebar as not completed, but is shown as completed in the calendar.

Expected result

Task in the calendar and in the sidebar has consistent state.

    Intended behaviour.

    When you unarchive a task, it is putting the parent task back into the sidebar.

    This doesn't uncheck all related schedule sessions as there could be lots in the past.

    Unchecking the scheduled session slot can be done once the parent task has be unarchived.

      Danny Hatcher (Customer Support) just to confirm, you're not talking about recurring tasks rn, are you? Cause I've faced it with a regular one-off task. No idea what the slot and schedule sessions are. From my perspective task in the sidebar and task in the calendar are the same task, but it seems like they are not for some reason.

      Though, this behavior is not affecting me, just noticed when exploring tasks functionality, hence shared.

      Uladz Zubrycki: Tasks can have multiple sessions in Morgen.

      EG: Monday 9-10, Tuesday 9-10, Wednesday 11-2

      This 1 task would have 3 scheduled sessions on your calendar.

      The first step is to unarchive the task.

      The second step is to uncomplete the scheduled session.

      When you complete a task it will automatically archive unless you choose to keep it in the sidebar.

      You may do that in case you still have work left to do for that task.
