The desktop version correctly shows the alert times for each event or task, and handles them appropriately. On Android, alerts are not shown, cannot be scheduled, and do not generate notifications. There's an option to turn on notifications by using the default calendar reminder settings of the desktop app. Why not just use the reminder information from the event itself, since every single one probably has different sets of notifications for different purposes anyway?
