Comprehensive Notification Control

I use Morgen to manage several different calendars from different apps (Google/M365/Obsidian). These apss have inconsistent event notifications and I would like to use Morgen to manage notifications for consistency. I would like the ability to tell Morgen to pop-up and/or use audio notifications - and even make certain notifications 'persistent/modal/on top' until you acknowledge that you've seen them.
