Configure custom work schedules

After switching from Motion I find myself missing the ability to set custom schedules. I configured mine to include:

• Morning Startup

• Work Hours

• Afternoon

• Evening

• Personal Time

This is probably most closely related to the concept of task lists in Morgen, however it looks like they're used today more like buckets/tags than for scheduling itself. If we could expand those task lists to be editable and have a schedule attached it would make automatically scheduling a task based on priority and list even easier.
