Configure the position of the 'join the call' notification bubble

When an invite with a meeting is in progress, there's a really useful shortcut bubble at the bottom right of the screen to join the meeting. However, when Morgen is run full-screen, this is right in the Windows notification area and it is often obscured by notifications. It would be useful to move it elsewhere in the window, say to the upper left. It's particularly frustrating when you've used another app full screen and notifications have been snoozed, and then come in in a flood while you desperately try to click the bubble!
