Darker free events in dark mode

Thank you for making great progress on Morgen. The user experience is very good. One suggestion: I think equating Free with Transparent is a poor design. Calendar items should never be transparent. It would result in a sea of symbolic characters without solid color blocks to demarcate them. The color, contrasted with the background, is an important clue to me as to which calendar an item pertains to. HALF transparent might be acceptable, but fully transparent is undesirable. So I am in the habit of making all items "Busy" on creation just to avoid transparent items.

    Background in dark mode is black. There is nothing darker than black, and we already have free events black on black. So the title is confusing. It should be to the effect "free events with full or partial color", as that is what we are looking for. 50% transparency would be better than 20%. There is such a thing as too much subtlety. Thank you for considering this feature.

    The free events appear in Morgen with reduced opacity, but are not fully transparent (see image attached). Could you please share a screenshot of what you see? Maybe there is some kind of problem.

      Marco Ancona (Morgen co-founder): Your illustration is much better than what I'm used to seeing (although I'd rather see 50% than 20% opacity). Perhaps my suggestion was already implemented in Day Mode, but not yet Night Mode. See my illustration. Thank you.
