Affected Platform: Windows Desktop App
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on the Windows desktop.
Creating a new event.
Attempt to set a time using the date-time scroller.
Start scrolling the time selector immediately after opening it.
Observed Behavior:
If the user initiates the scrolling action too quickly after opening the date-time scroller, the selector resets to its initial position. This behavior interrupts the workflow and requires the user to scroll again to select the desired time.
Expected Behavior:
The date-time scroller should allow users to select a time seamlessly, even if they begin scrolling immediately after it opens. It should maintain the selected position rather than resetting to the initial state.
Impact:
This bug disrupts the quick workflow of setting up events, making it cumbersome for users who rely on fast and efficient interaction with the app.
Additional Information:
This issue is specifically observed in the Windows desktop version of the application.
It occurs regardless of the speed of scrolling; the critical factor is initiating the scroll action too early after the selector opens.
Note: This has been annoying me for a while, pls fix :)
