Filter Obsidian tasks by folder in frames

I want to make a frame to time-block working on my active projects. My project directory is organized as follows:

Projects/├── Active projects/│   ├── Project 1/│   └── Project 2/└── Upcoming projects/    └── Project 3/

Within a project folder (like "Project 1"), there are several notes related to the project, and several of them might include tasks.

What I would like to be able to do is to have a folder-based frame filter that so that the frame would consider all tasks from notes within any of the projects in the folder "Active projects".
