Granular Office 365 Permissions

The Morgen Desktop app should have the option to either use a set of more restrictive Microsoft 365 permissions that only allow Calendar access or the full:

Access mailboxes as the signed-in user via Exchange Web Services (EWS.AccessAsUser.All)

For example, if you just wanted to connect it as a calendar account then using this Graph API permission is less permissive and much easier to get approved for corporate use:

Have full access to user calendars (Calendars.ReadWrite)

The Morgen Assist connection seems to already use the above permission (with some additional permissions for contacts, profile info, etc) and I've previously used Sunsama which also uses the above permission.

Having this option or using the Morgen Assist permissions by default would go a long way to getting Morgen approved for business or corporate users.
