I am confused why you are upping a closed request. You can push the spacebar to show/hide the left sidebar. Is there something I am missing?

I am not sure what you mean by ‘reduction’ button. If you push the icon selected in the left ribbon it will open or close the sidebar.

I see. Why have 2 buttons that do the same thing? I assume you would put that next to the plus and filter icons in task sidebar making row of icons. Is that correct?

The ‘button’ I am referring to is the icon in the left ribbon. Click to open that sidebar. Click when open to hide that sidebar.
I will share this feedback with our development team, but as we haven’t seen this specific feedback before, and don’t see many upvoting this request it is unlikely to be changed.
Especially as the implementation works, albiet different from other tools.

If the crossing arrows button is removed and an option is added into the profile picture menu with the get mobile app and download desktop app, do you feel that would be consistent?
Or moving the icon above the profile picture below the divider where the pinned team members are.
