In Calendar View, request to have a slot before SoD, same as slot after EoD

Currently, in desktop you can drag an event to 00:00 after End of Day and have it appear fully in the next day. That's super convenient, especially for 15 min events, as you can drag-and-drop them down, scroll up and drag-and-drop them down, instead of clicking and dragging (without dropping) up to a narrow bounding box, waiting patiently for the view to fully scroll up, dragging down into position and then dropping.

Also, the same behavior would be even more convenient in mobile, as dragging to the top of the screen with your thumb is not a pleasant experience.
