Integration with Legacy Exchange

Hi there. Our organization uses Legacy Exchange (Exchange 2019). Is there any way that we could integrate the full exchange calendar functionality other than MS 365?

Please note: EAS / EWS re-routes directly to Microsoft Online, which does not work for us.
