Local/limited connection to Outlook also on v4
So far I've been using Morgen on desktop with a local-only connection to my work Outlook account. This has worked well and I love using Morgen to manage multiple calendars.
Now I tested with Morgen v4 and connecting to the Outlook account prompts that I should request admin permission to connect (even without selecting the group calendar management option). I work for a big organization with strict IT guidelines, and I'm pretty sure that the admins would never grant the permission to connect the account. So for me, this new requirement means I can't move to the new version.
I would love an option to somehow retain the old method of connecting with less permissions even if it means that more advanced features (e.g booking pages, Teams links, group calendars etc that in v3 require cloud connection) are not available.

Requesting organization-wide and shared-resource permissions makes the app unsuitable for individual use in managed tenants. A reduced-scope or “personal mode” would solve this. To make the application usable for personal, non-organizational use, I need to avoid any permission that:
Requires admin consent
Grants access to other users’ data
Grants access to shared organizational resources
--- The following is Information by chatGPT (im not that technical ;-)):
Specifically, the following scopes must be removed or made optional: Must be removed
User.ReadBasic.All (organization-wide user profiles)
Calendars.ReadWrite.Shared (shared calendars)
Strongly preferred to remove or downgrade
Contacts.ReadWrite (full contacts access; autocomplete should not require write access)
People.Read (broad people discovery)
offline_access (persistent access)
Acceptable scopes for personal use -openid
email
profile
MailboxSettings.Read
Calendars.ReadWrite (own calendar only)
In short, a delegated, single-user configuration using /me endpoints only, with no shared or “*.All” scopes.

I'll add my support here. My workplace is a bit sensitive about where our data goes, and I'd feel more comfortable using Morgen for work if I knew my credentials, calendar, & tasks didn't leave my device.
