Make User Menu Item for Feedback Link

Right now, the sidebar user menu has "Help or Feedback" going to the Helpdesk ticket system and "Roadmap" going to the roadmap tab on Canny.

I think it would be more clear to label the Helpdesk ticket system just "Get Help" or something similar, and add a separate link for "Feedback" pointing to the feedback tab on Canny: https://morgen.canny.io/feature-requests
