Max px & Animation - Upcoming event in Menu Bar

Currently, if the text length of the event or task is too long, it expands to fill the entire menu bar, preventing users from seeing other menu items or causing the event to be hidden.

If we set a maximum pixel width and add a back-and-forth scrolling animation, it would solve these issues.
