This helped me limit the no-show rate a lot in the past - simply a reminder email at a specified time (e.g. 2h before the meeting) with a link to reschedule if it doesn't fit any longer.

This is available if you create a booking page specifically for your meetings, and then either have the participant complete it, or you complete it with the participant's name and e-mail address. In the booking page settings, you can configure alerts prior to the meeting.
