Mobile app is unusable

I believe some problems already have dedicated requests, but I want to highlight how crap the overall mobile app usage experience is. I hate it every time I open it, and seriously considering leaving Morgen because of that.

Let's say I've planned a few tasks yesterday by moving them to today's all-day slot. I've now completed a few tasks and want to mark them completed in Morgen. I'm on the go, so I have to use my Android app for that.

And that's how it works for me:

1. Open the app;

2. Wait for like 10 seconds for it to sync tasks, so that they even appear;

3. After the first sync, tasks are shown as completed already, that's due to a bug I've reported a few months ago. I have to click sync manually (sometimes a few times) and wait for another 10–30 seconds for that sync to finish;

4. In case I'm lucky and tasks are no longer shown completed, I could finally start checking them one by one;

5. I click on a task to mark it completed;

6. I wait for the damn animation to finish;

7. I wait for the senseless popup to appear;

8. I try to remember whether that task is recurring or one-off to decide if I want to archive it or not (I can't express how much I hate that UX);

9. I repeat steps 5-9 for the rest of the tasks.

If the internet is a little bit slow, multiple all the delays by 3.

And I can't just quickly click tasks one by one, because that archivation prompt will be shown with multiple popups stacked, and I wouldn't know which one is which. And if I accidentally click "archive" for the task that is recurring, it will close all the future tasks in the series, which I don't want and which I cannot even undo unless I open the desktop app.

Are you guys even using Morgen by yourselves? It can't be serious.
