I'd like more design options on the booking page as well, specifically (in rough order of priority):
Display meeting description on the main booking page. Right now, all someone sees on my main booking page is the name of a meeting (e.g.: "1:1" or "Discovery") and how long the meeting is. But what is a "Discovery" meeting? This would be solved by displaying the meeting subject on the booking page. See screenshot.
Cookie settings (this is required for GDPR compliance / EU customers). Again, screenshot (stolen from Calendly).
I like the round icons (blue bullets) and arrow indicators on the Calendly screenshot. It draws attention to each meeting, makes it clear these are different choices. I think adding a colored bullet or other similar indication would be a nice design element. If you really want to go over the top, let us control the color of the bullets.
Ability to control page background color.
Option to link my logo to my web site.
An optional footnote that allows us to include HTML markup, so I can add a short message that includes links to my main web site, e.g.: "To learn more about Customer Obsessed Engineering click /here/."
