Obsidian Task Import: Notes as parent tasks (Bases)

Certain notes should appear as parent tasks to the tasks contained within them.

The note properties should inform the labels shown on the task in the task pane, and certain properties have special meaning e.g. due_date, status: 'DONE' | 'IN_PROGRESS' | 'TODO' (mirroring Tasks plugin custom statuses).

Morgen Tasks plugin could support some aspects of this.
