OmniFocus Integration

Enable importing OmniFocus projects and actions as Morgan tasks.

As an OmniFocus user, I would like to see OmniFocus actions tagged with e.g. "week/{weekday}" in Morgan. This would allow me to quickly add tasks to my calendar for time boxing.
