One-click 'schedule' button for tasks
From a basic workflow perspective, it can be frustrating to have to drag a task onto the calendar and then manually set a due date. In 99% of cases, all I really want to do is move a task that's in my inbox or a list down the road a little - i.e. snooze it or schedule it to be looked at later on that week.
What i'd love to be able to do is right mouse click on a task to bring up a sub menu and select 'schedule' and then in one click be able to either select 'Later today', Tomorrow', 'Next Week' or a specific date etc.

For the tasks already scheduled onto the calendar, you could also include this feature, to right-click them and select 'start now' which would update their start time.
Also, let's say you are working on a task, and it runs into a scheduled task on the calendar. You could maybe press a 'pause' button on the previous task (or clicking start now on the new task could automatically pause existing/ongoing ones). Then a resume pop-up button in the sidebar could appear and have you jump back into the previous task when ready.
This solves what I view as the major issue of Toggl and several other task management softwares (TickTick, ToDoist, Clockify). Toggl Track doesn't accommodate to-do lists very well and Toggl Plan does not work with daily calendar views nor have as usable as an interface as Morgen. Morgen fits the niche of personal task/time management (which can extend to team management in the future). Toggl does have other features (billable hours using tags, scheduling time off, board views, etc) which could all come eventually to Morgen eventually, but having a feature now for flexible start/end times avoids the pitfalls of parkinson's law (things taking longer to complete than needed) as well as avoid the stress many people feel looking at a calendar fully time-blocked, where as soon as one thing runs over, it messes up the entire calendar system.
The only potential downside I see is the auto-adjustment of end-times for users who do not want tasks to always adjust the end-times to reflect when they checked-off the task; i.e. to prevent the need for users to always be checking their calendar. To solve this:
-> There could be a pop-up box. If the completed time is before the scheduled end time, auto-adjust it in the calendar to reflect the change (gain back the protected hours if you finish early).
-> If the task is completed after the scheduled end time, prompt the use to select current time (completed time) or previously scheduled time.
It instead could also be a feature in the settings or be included as another option when you right-click a completed task (you could 'switch' end time). If you record the time of completion as a different property than the estimated end time, you can always choose then which property to use.
