Persistent Scroll Position During Time Resolution Changes

Maintain the user's scroll position (the currently viewed time) when the time resolution is adjusted in the calendar. For instance If I'm viewing 2 PM, if I zoom in, 2pm should remain in view.

Currently, changing the time resolution shifts the visible time, losing the current scroll position.
