Private Appointments

It would be great if you could toggle for each calendar whether or not to see private events. With new outlook functionality you can "follow" event you don't want to attend but still be aware of…the only real workaround is to mark them private so within other apps they do not show. So if it would be possible to choose whether or not to view private appointments or If there was another way to segment out calendar categories that would be great.
