Programming Rewards to Increase Productivity (task gamification)

One of the things I have never seen in any tools before is the ability to program rewards for completing tasks, and I'm sure doing this could help people increase their productivity tremendously!

Here is what I'm thinking about:

I have several types of tasks during my routine (e.g., admin tasks, writing, research, supervision, house chores, gym, etc.)

What if, based on some criteria (e.g., difficulty, amount of energy or time needed, the intensity of the task, number of tasks in the same category), Morgen automatically adds a task that would prompt me to access a certain reward (e.g., go for a walk, call someone, get a cheat meal)?

This reward could be selected from a list that would be selected if they match specific criteria (so, if you said that getting a cheat meal is a reward for 4 workouts, it doesn't show up after your first one of the week). Especially if the selection of rewards happens randomly from the list, it could be very powerful!

This is all backed up by science: If a consequence provided to a certain behavior is immediate, less predictable (i.e., intermittent reinforcement), and its level (quantity/size/duration) matches the energy needed to exhibit that behavior, the behavior tends to be maintained for longer periods of time.

In case you guys are wondering… I am a Behavior Analyst. So, I would love to chat more and keep this conversation going. If this is something that can be done in Morgen, it would definitely be a game-changer!

I apologize for the long text, but thank you all for reading it!
