Redesign blocks with more transparency

All the "busy" time blocks are now 100% colour, which makes overall feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you have a lot on your calendar.

It would be a better experience with just a slight transparency level in the time blocks (so the timelines would be seen through them at least a bit, which would be also more practical, just as it is in Apple Calendar).
