Rename integration

I want to be able to rename integrations because I have multiple teams in different accounts that generate unique integrations but retain the same name as the platform being integrated, which makes it difficult to find exactly what I am looking for.

EXTRA IDEA

Some integrations, such as Linear, allow you to assign icons to the workspace, team, etc. I think it would be useful to retrieve these icons and display them with the corresponding platform icon, making it easier to differentiate between integrations and teams at a glance.
