Repeat unscheduled Morgen tasks

We should be able to create repeats for tasks without needing to first schedule them on the calendar. This would allow me to schedule them each day at an appropriate time, and I think this is a more natural way of dealing with repeating tasks.

Some examples:

1. I want to phone my mother once a week. It is not realistic for me to phone her at the exact same time on the same day every week. It would be better for me to get the task in my "Today" list (on the day it repeats) and then for me to schedule it at the time that works best in my particular day.

2. I want to walk my dog every day. Because of the weather, early morning meetings, or different exercise durations for different days, I can't schedule this at the same time every day. But it is a task that must be completed each day, but at different times as is appropriate.
