Schedule link adopting calendar work hours

If I create a meeting invite and simply specify "all day" monday-friday, the meeting will inappropriate schedule at off hours. The invite should consider my available working time (e.g., for me, 10am to 6pm, as set in my preference – with a 1 hour lunch break, also set in my preferences). It ignores all of these preferences.
