several travel time workflows

I would like to set a second workflow to set travel time for bicycle (the first one is using car).

within a circle of about 10 km I would rather use the bicycle than the car, for destinations more than 10 km I would use car.

If I would have to set it up programmaticaly, I would use (car/bike) in the event title and let the automation search for those strings.

    I like this idea a lot—right now, I can only have one type of travel time for X calendars, but what if I want one type of transit for one calendar (say, a work calendar gets driving travel time estimates), and another type of transit for another calendar (say, a special events or appointments calendar where I’d have to take public transit)?

    I like the recommendation, but I’d suggest something a bit more:

    While I don’t need biking or walking as a need, I do have driving vs flying - I’d like to see upper and lower bounds on the workflow - anything less than 250 miles is driving and creates a travel time entry; anything above 250 is flying and DOES NOT create a travel time entry.

    If we’re going a step further, much like suggested, I would like a keyword in the title or specific calendars able to made adjustments to the event. To give a specific use case, if I have an event in any calendar with the word “fencing” or any event in the Fencing calendar, I would like a buffer event of 1 hour created before the event and the travel event, if applicable, would be created before that. Most other events, particularly in my work calendar, I would want a 15 minute buffer event created, IF a travel event was also going to be created. (Target calendars would have a calendar multi select and an optional subject keyword)

    This could be kept as single workflow if add option to nest rules in the current workflow, such as:

    • if 'TERM' in event title / description then calculate travel time from specific location.

    • if takes X time to walk and within working hours OR takes Y time to walk and within personal hours AND the forecast is not rain THEN calculate travel time to walk.

    • Else calculate travel time for public transport, adding A buffer time either side and add details (bus stop location, bus number, etc) to calendar event.

    Obviously, I realise the last may not be feasible based on what is available - and affordable - from any mapping service API.
