Show new start and end times when dragging things

When dragging a 15min task or event, there is no way to read the new start and end times. I have to infer them by checking the distance to the grid lines, but that proves difficult in Dark Mode and low-light environments (at night, for example).

My suggestion would be to (when dragging or hovering over a 15min event), show two horizontal lines that cross the event's top and bottom edges, and optionally show the start and end times in the left sidebar (kinda like the red "right now").
