Slow task checking issue

When I have multiple tasks sitting next to each other and want to check them off quickly, Morgen won't let me do so.

If I click in quick succession 3 checkboxes, only the first is actually checked off (and the confetti shows), the other 2 get the checkbox temporarily, but soon after it's back without the checkbox being checked.
