Support the Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) protocol for calendar syncing

As is, Morgen only supports the Exchange Web Services (EWS) protocol for exchange servers. However, some corporate calendar providers like Groupwise only support EAS. Therefore, it's currently not possible for someone in my situation to bring all my calendars together in Morgen, which limits its usefulness in this case.

Therefore, I would like to request that you add EAS support to Morgen, if possible.
