Sync Est. time and Planned start–end when either is updated

When I drag a task that doesn't have an Estimated time entered into the Calendar, it defaults to a 30 min time slot.

If I then edit the task and add an Estimated time, the time slot doesn't change. I have to manually update the time slot so it matches the Estimated time, effectively performing the same action twice.

It would be nice to have an option that asks me if I want to update the Planned start–end (and vice versa) so that it matches the updated estimated time.
