Sync Est. time and Planned start–end when either is updated
When I drag a task that doesn't have an Estimated time entered into the Calendar, it defaults to a 30 min time slot.
If I then edit the task and add an Estimated time, the time slot doesn't change. I have to manually update the time slot so it matches the Estimated time, effectively performing the same action twice.
It would be nice to have an option that asks me if I want to update the Planned start–end (and vice versa) so that it matches the updated estimated time.

Rather than clicking on the scheduled task to add the estimated timing, is it simply faster to enlarge/shrink the scheduled task to the desired amount of time in the calendar? I ask because that seems faster than opening, adding an estimated time, the confirming a change to the start/end time.

Brenna Donoghue: Yes, that is absolutely one way to do it. However, I create a lot of 5-15 min tasks. If I shrink the tasks it's hard to adjust to those smaller intervals.
Just typing 5 or 60 min also, feels more natural than using the time-dropdown menu or enlarge/shrink the task feature.
Just to give you a better overview of my workflow:
I enter as many tasks as I can think of into a list, just to get everything out of my head. (I might prioritize and set due dates s to some of the tasks)
Then I try to estimate the tasks beintervalsfore I start to plan out the day or week by dragging them into the calendar.
– Since there is no way to see if I have missed estimating the length, just by looking at the sidebar, of a task, before I start to drag them, the flow becomes a little choppy.
