"Tasks for the Week" e.g. Seperate Week Column

I have some tasks, I need to do during the week e.g. very long running tasks, or tasks I can do spontaniously whenever I have time. These are tasks that I want to do the week, but not necessary want to add them in my calendar. It would be nice to if there would be a place where I could put these kind of tasks in.

A possibility would be e.g. an optional additional column (next to the first day of the week) where these kind of stuff can be put in, or maybe a row on top of all week days.
