Time Zones & Daylight savings

The ability to chose not just from time Zones like CET and GMT but from all the UTC+… and UTC-… time Zones that don't automatically adjust for daylight savings. Or like a feature to turn off daylight savings, because it is turned off on my PC but Morgen still shows the time with Daylight Savings accounted for and I am guessing that when Daylight Savings hits on 26.10.2025 that all the events will shift by one hour.
