There's no ability to turn off alerts from the mobile app. Even when I turn off alerts on desktop (macOS), I still get notifications for events on my iPhone.

Check the images attached. First, there's no "alert" option on the mobile app (at least I can't seem to find it). Second, even though the even shows no alert, I still get notifications from Morgen (not another calender app) on my iPhone. I hope that clarifies!

Jad: Correct. There isn't event specific alerts on mobile.
Do you have calendar specific reminders setup on desktop?
Preferences > Calendars > 3 dot menu

When on desktop I assume you are referring to calendar specific notifications not event specific reminders.
Are the notifications coming from Morgen or another calendar app on your phone?
