Unscheduled Task Widget (Mobile)
There already is a widget for quick-adding tasks or events, but if I take that route I have to specify a time. Often when things come up on the fly and I want to make use of the quick-add widget I don’t yet have a specific time or duration in mind. Therefore a different widget for quick-adding simple unscheduled tasks would come in very handy.

Danny Hatcher (Customer Support), my request isn't for a separate Unscheduled Task Widget. It is for my unblocked tasks (but are due on that date) to show in the Current Agenda Widget, with another section at the top. If you can see in my screenshot, I have 2 separate widgets. One from Todist directly (so it is only my todoist tasks) and the other is from Morgen. I want to combine these 2 widgets. Show all my tasks that are due on those dates under those dates headings at the top of them.

We definitely need this. I don't use time blocking often, so I put a due date for a task, but not schedule it. If you are able to do this for all my integration tasks that are due on a date but not scheduled then this will be the most useful app on android.

YES PLEASE!
I love having the quick add widget, but I agree that its frustrating to tap the widget and it forces you to add it to that days list of tasks.
It would be great to have the inbox as an option to put the task in without having to add a date. For me I am adding tasks on the fly and just want it to be a general note in my inbox that I can sort and schedule later.
