View other people's calendar schedules

I would like to have similar way to view other people's calendars like for example Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook have. You can add/subscribe to as many co-workers calendars that you like and then view for example when would be best time to call someone or when to expect a reply from that person to a pending urgent request. Now other people's schedules are only viewable via creating a new calendar entry and that's not intuitive and has too many extra steps to do it.
