When skipping weeks on narrow screens, don't reposition the arrow button

I use Morgen with half screen width + tasks always open. This leaves little space for the current month/year. If I want to quickly advance some weeks to look for something, the experience is quite bad because the buttons get pushed to the side when the month name requires too much space. This makes it difficult to click rapidly, forcing me to click a couple of times, move the mouse to the next position, click, move again, and so on.
