workflow: propagation logs

I would like to see the propagation logs, giving me visibility of what has been propagated

I have the following workflow:

spread from calendar A (read-only calendar) to B

I want to propagate from B to C (block workbook)

A to B works, B to C doesn't work

Having the log, I would be able to understand why
